Henderson have launched the Moon World Resorts company.<\/strong><\/p>\n The project aims to construct four massive lunar-themed resorts around the world.<\/p>\n It focuses on making space tourism affordable for the masses<\/strong>, albeit a watered-down version on Earth. Visitors can experience a simulated experience of the lunar surface for as little as $500, which is a massive saving compared to how much it would cost to actually travel to the moon.<\/p>\n The Moon World Resorts is not just a far-fetched idea; they have actually registered as an intellectual property and design licensor, and have been actively searching for regional partners to help fund and develop the exceedingly expensive lunar resorts.<\/p>\n The centerpiece of the concept is a giant spherical structure that stands at 735 feet and houses a “lunar colony”.<\/strong><\/p>\n Guests can explore a hyperrealistic lunar surface at their own leisure without the worry of running out of air. The concept has 4,000 luxury hotel suites, 300 “sky villas”, and even a 10,000-seat arena.
